Software Placement Group (SPG) supports a physician-owned outpatient dermatology practice recruiting an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner in Jonesboro, AR. This high-autonomy, outpatient role offers mentorship from a Mohs surgeon within a multi-site clinic.

The role features a Monday–Thursday, full-time on-site schedule with a base salary plus a 10% collections bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and CME time off.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas, or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Clean background with no adverse regulatory or criminal history.
• Formal training under a Board Certified Dermatologist (MD/DO with an ACGME dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinic workflows when supervising physician is off-site.
• Pre-employment credentialing, Arkansas licensure verification, active DEA confirmation, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously; collaborate with supervising physician for complex cases.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Partner with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and strong patient experience.

Location: Jonesboro, AR | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, approximately 4.5 days per week (Monday–Thursday, no evenings, weekends, or hospital call)

Overview

An established, physician-owned outpatient dermatology practice is expanding its second clinical office and seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join the team. This is a high-autonomy role that pairs independent patient care with direct mentorship from a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, all within a purely outpatient, multi-site clinic setting.

What you'll do

• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and medically treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions at the designated second clinic site
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions
• Conduct comprehensive full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously, collaborating with the supervising physician as needed for complex cases
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in the practice's EMR system
• Partner with dedicated clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a strong patient experience
