Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to serve as a scientific expert in Dermatology, covering the Blue Ridge Territory. You will engage healthcare decision-makers, share data, and support Medical Affairs and R&D initiatives from a field-based role.

This position requires building relationships with KOLs, conducting high-quality scientific exchange, and traveling ~70% while residing within 45 minutes of a major U.S. airport. Compensation is substantial and tied to experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific and clinical resource for LEO Pharma North America Medical Affairs.
• Plan, engage, and build relationships with academic and community-based KOLs and investigators.
• Develop understanding of territory healthcare systems, patient care pathways, and research interests.
• Provide educational information and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries.
• Support advisory boards and document field-generated scientific insights for internal teams.
• Identify investigators for LEO-sponsored research and attend medical congresses.
