Job summary

Advanced-Dermatology in Aurora, CO seeks a friendly, dependable Mohs Medical Assistant for a full-time on-site role. Training is provided if no experience; duties include assisting physicians with surgical procedures and biopsies, maintaining a clean exam and surgery room, and communicating clearly with patients and staff.

This position is Monday–Friday with early start times and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CCMA certification preferred but not required.
• 1 year Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• 1 year EMR experience preferred.
• 1 year Medical Terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with surgical procedures and biopsies.
• Maintain a clean exam and surgery room.
• Speak clearly and accurately with patients and staff.
• Be willing to assist with day-to-day duties in a fast-paced setting.
• Scribing experience is preferred but not required.
