Qualifications

• 2+ years of MSL experience within healthcare or related experience following awarding of professional degree.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organization and collaboration skills are required.
• Dissemination of complex scientific data to healthcare audiences and ability to work in cross-functional teams and comply with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities are expected to comprise at least 80% of responsibilities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans aligned to medical strategy.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge regarding Takeda disease areas and products; analyze and disseminate complex scientific information to KOLs/HCPs in a compliant, fair-balanced manner.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and assist with medical collaborative studies and investigator-initiated research processes.
• Capture and communicate medical insights from KOLs/HCPs to inform medical strategies and tactics.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships between KOLs/HCPs and Takeda US Medical.
• Participate in medical strategy at conferences and communicate insights from poster/session attendance.
