Job summary

CCF Group LLC is seeking a Dermatology Medical Director to lead dermatology services in post-acute settings. You will supervise mid-level providers, review charts, provide clinical consultation, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Dermatology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state(s) of practice.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology.
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and supervision of mid-level providers delivering dermatologic care in post-acute settings.
• Review and sign dermatology-related patient charts in accordance with state and organizational requirements.
• Be available for consultation to mid-level providers as clinical questions arise.
• Ensure adherence to dermatologist-developed protocols, procedures, and scope-of-practice guidelines.
• Participate in quality assurance and risk mitigation activities related to dermatologic services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advanced practice providers, and facility staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR.
• Promote best practices in patient safety.
