Sanofi in the United States seeks a Medical Director, Dermatology to lead the development and execution of the US medical/scientific strategy for Dermatology products. You will own the integrated Medical Plan, coordinate with Clinical, Regulatory and Market Access, and partner with field leaders to maximize patient impact.

The role requires advancing the science through evidence generation, strategic collaboration with Key Thought Leaders, and leadership of MSL activities while ensuring

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of medical affairs experience.
• Experience in Dermatology/Immunology preferred.
• Proven ability to develop US medical strategies.
• Strong communication with cross-functional partners.

• Develop strategy and tactics for an integrated Medical Plan for Dermatology products and budget.
• Lead cross-functional Medical Affairs initiatives and coordination with Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Provide medical leadership and expertise to partners across Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Sales.
• Oversee MSL activities, budgets, and external scientific engagements.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/ICH and industry standards in all materials and plans.
