Job summary

Staffing For Doctors seeks an experienced Medical Biller – Dermatology to lead end-to-end revenue operations for a fast-paced dermatology practice. You will oversee claim creation, code auditing, modifier validation, and denial resolution to maximize reimbursement.

You will bring dermatology-specific coding expertise and hands-on ModMed experience, with a strong focus on audit, denial management, and remote team coordination in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Certification required: CPB or CBCS or CMRS.
• Specialty billing experience in Dermatology.
• Proficient in dermatology CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Code verification and auditing of CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS for accuracy.
• Apply and audit complex dermatology modifiers to prevent denials.
• Investigate denials, resubmit clean claims, and file appeals as needed.
• Manage ModMed workflow, scrubbing queues, and ERA posting.
• Maintain camera-on presence and collaborate with remote VAs throughout shift.
