Job summary

APDerm Network of Practices in Massachusetts seeks a per diem Medical Office Assistant-style role across Leominster and Worcester. The network is physician-led and dermatology-focused, offering a broad benefits package and opportunities for clinical support and cosmetic procedure prep.

Compensation is hourly with tiered rates based on position level, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and other福利, PTO, holidays, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and additional employee perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary information and materials are present for clinician prior to the patient visit.
• Escort patients to the appropriate room and record history and chief complaint.
• Prepare patient for the appointment per diagnosis or protocol and arrange setup.
• Assist with scribing/documenting the visit in the computer system.
• Assist clinician with preparation of cosmetic procedures.
• Instruct patients after care for surgical and cosmetic procedures.
