Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatologists in a fast-paced clinic. You will room patients, scribe for the dermatologist, and provide post-op wound care.

Candidates should have CMA/LPN/RN education, 1+ year medical office experience, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office. Travel to other clinics may be required. Forefront offers Health, Dental, Vision; 401K with employer contribution; PTO; and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum post high school education in a medical support field.
• Certification in CMA, LPN or RN preferred.
• Willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed.
• Proficiency with EMR software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and documenting all vital information.
• Scribing information for the dermatologist.
• Providing post op wound care to patients.
• Assist with procedures such as Mohs surgery, biopsies, excisions, I&D, and phototherapy.
