Schweiger Swedesboro Office is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our dermatology team. The Medical Assistant will support physicians in medical, cosmetic and laser procedures, maintain patient flow, prep rooms, and help with administrative and clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate has healthcare experience, dermatology exposure, CMA certification preferred, and proficiency with EMR, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Formación

• Dermatology experience required.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Open availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physician in medical, cosmetic and laser procedures.
• Record treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions and prior authorizations.
• Prepare rooms and ensure equipment is in working order.
• Handle inventory and stocking of supplies and equipment.
• Provide patient education and post-care instructions.
