Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dermatology team in Overland Park, Kansas. You will warmly welcome patients, prep them for visits, and help answer care-related questions to ensure a positive first impression and smooth visits.

You will assist providers during procedures, document notes, handle prescriptions, manage supplies, and keep exam rooms organized. A high school diploma or GED and completion of an approved Medical Assistant program are required, with U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best patient experience by welcoming patients and prepping them for visits.
• Assist during procedures, capture visit notes, fulfill prescription orders, and support the provider to ensure smooth appointments.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and exam room flow to keep the clinic running efficiently.
• Be a reliable teammate, help colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Support overall patient care and clinic operations as needed.
