Forefront Dermatology in Wilmette, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology visits. You will accompany the dermatologist, document vitals, perform basic procedures, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinic environment.

Qualified candidates have CMA/LPN/RN credentials, 1+ year medical office experience, and knowledge of EMR systems. Travel to other clinic locations may be required. Full-time with competitive benefits include health, PTO, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Must maintain current state certifications/licenses/registrations.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital information.
• Scribe information for dermatologist.
• Provide post-op wound care.
• Draw blood and remove sutures.
• Clean and stock exam rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Assist dermatologist with procedures: biopsies, excisions, injections, I&D, Mohs surgery, phototherapy, patch testing, etc.
