Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Libertyville, IL clinic. The role supports the dermatologist during patient visits, rooms patients, and helps maintain a friendly, efficient environment for patients and staff.

You will assist with procedures, handle basic clinical duties, and ensure accurate charting and post-op care. A CMA certification and EMR proficiency are preferred, with travel to other clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office or similar capacity preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant, DERM Tech a plus.
• Must keep current on all state certifications, licenses, and registrations.
• Must be willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Room patients and document all vital information.
• Scribe information for the dermatologist.
• Provide post-op wound care to patients.
• Draw blood and suture removal.
• Clean and stock the exam rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments.
