Forefront Dermatology in North Carolina is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology care in a fast-paced clinic. You will room patients, document vitals, and assist the dermatologist during visits.

The role includes scribing, wound care, minor procedures, and ongoing patient scheduling. Current CMA or RN credentials are preferred; state licenses must be maintained. Travel to other Forefront locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or DERM Tech is a plus.
• Must keep current state certifications/licenses/registrations to continue employment.
• Willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and documenting vital information.
• Scribing for the dermatologist.
• Providing post-op wound care to patients.
• Drawing blood and performing suture removal.
• Cleaning and stocking exam rooms.
• Scheduling patient appointments.
