Forefront Dermatology in Fort Wayne is hiring a Medical Assistant to support the dermatologist in daily patient visits. You will room patients, document vitals, and assist with procedures in a fast-paced dermatology clinic.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Derm Tech certification a plus.
• Must maintain current state certifications, licenses, and registrations.
• Willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and documents vital information.
• Scribe for the dermatologist.
• Provide post-op wound care to patients.
• Draw blood and perform suture removal.
• Clean and stock exam rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments.
