The ideal candidate will have 0–3 years of dermatology MA experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of medical assistant experience, preferably in dermatology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate patient records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be willing to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document HPI, histories, medications, and allergies.
• Prepare and assist with dermatology procedures (biopsies, injections, laser treatments).
• Administer local anesthesia and remove sutures as directed.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control.
• Process prescription refills and manage prior authorizations.
• Log pathology samples and coordinate with laboratories.
• Operate derm-related equipment (UVB, photodynamic therapy) and manage supplies.
• Perform scribing duties (templates and chart notes) as directed.
