Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our patient-focused team in Florida. You will support clinical staff, help manage patient flow, and contribute to delivering high-quality dermatology care.

Qualifications include customer service, computer literacy, and a willingness to obtain CPR. Dermatology experience is preferred; MA certificate or diploma is a plus. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to learn medical terminology and vital signs.
• MA certificate/diploma from medical vocational program preferred.
• CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 4 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients.
• Assessing and updating medical history of patients.
• Keeping a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms.
• Analyzing information regarding the conditions of skin health.
• Informing patients about proper and available treatments.
• Conducting non-invasive medical procedures.
• Educating patients about preventive skin care.
• Screening patients and employees daily upon entry.
