Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will assist clinicians, manage patient histories, and help maintain a smooth, efficient clinic flow.

We value exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to learn medical terminology. CPR certification preferred, and dermatology experience is a plus. We offer incentives up to $2/hour, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 4 weeks.
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs.
• At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred.
• MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients.
• Assessing & updating medical history of patients.
• Keeping a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms.
• Analyzing info regarding the conditions of skin health.
• Informing patients about proper and available treatments.
• Conducting non-intrusive medical procedures.
• Educating patients about preventive skin care.
• Screening patients and employees daily upon entry.
