UF Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide patient care in a physician's office under the direct supervision of a licensed physician. The MA may also perform clerical, insurance, and medical record functions and may float to other UFHP practices to support staffing.

Minimum education requires graduation from an accredited MA program with certification/registration; EMT may substitute for MA certification.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited course of study as a Medical Assistant (certified/registered).
• MAs certifications include AAMA, NHA, NCCT, AMCA, AAMA and AMT; EMT may substitute for MA certification.
• One year of direct patient care experience in ambulatory care preferred.
• Must display initiative, multitask, and assume additional responsibilities.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and be a team member.

Responsabilidades
