QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Mansfield, OH team part-time. You will prepare patients for examinations, assist physicians, perform basic lab tests, maintain records, and educate patients on treatment plans and skincare practices.

The role requires a high school diploma (MA certification preferred) and prior clinical experience, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology practices.
• Strong communication and confidentiality when interacting with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vitals and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures with necessary instruments.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
