Schweiger is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant for our Fremont Office to support physicians in medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures. You will assist with recording treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions and prior authorizations, and help manage patient flow.

The role requires dermatology or healthcare experience, EMR proficiency, and excellent communication. Schedule is part-time (<30 hours/week) with flexibility for team coverage and weekends as needed.

Competenze

• Dermatology experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist physician in medical, cosmetic and laser procedures.
• Record prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions and prior authorizations.
• Prepare rooms and ensure all equipment is functioning before shifts.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and assist with stocking.
