Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed Medical Assistant program or CNA; pre-med/Bachelor's preferred.
• CPR certification preferred and HIPAA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document intake.
• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Organize patient flow.
• Setup procedure trays, instruments, and equipment as directed.
• Assist providers with dermatology procedures.
• Prepare specimens and route to the correct lab.
• Respond to patient questions in person and by phone.
• Maintain EMR notes and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain infection control and stocking of supplies.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all duties.
