Utica Park Clinic in Owasso, OK is seeking a Dermatology Medical Assistant for a day shift, full-time position. The MA will provide patient care and perform administrative tasks within a clinic team led by physicians, utilizing EMR systems and maintaining room readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge, and a BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Prior clinic/hospital experience is preferred.

• Preferred: Associate’s degree and relevant medical assisting training.
• Certification in CPR/BLS within 14 days of hire is required.

• Provides superior patient care and supports clinic operations within a care team.
• Enters and reports medical history, uses EMR for coding and claims filing.
• Greet patients, escort to exam rooms, and record vital signs as needed.
• Sterilizes instruments and maintains clean, ready exam rooms.
• Maintains inventory and stock for all exam rooms and equipment.
• Coordinates referrals and insurance authorizations; communicates with pharmacies and labs.
