Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and report patient history and filings using EMR.
• Greet patients, escort to exam room, take vital signs.
• Sterilize and prepare medical instruments; disinfect exam rooms.
• Maintain inventory and stock supplies for exam rooms.
• Process inventory paperwork and review orders for completeness.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance authorizations; relay information for prescriptions, x‑rays or labs.
