Job summary

APDerm Network of Practices in Natick, MA is seeking a team member to prepare patients for visits, escort to rooms and document encounters. You will assist clinicians with cosmetic procedures, scribe visits, and educate patients on post-procedure care while contributing to a supportive clinical environment.

The role offers a multi-tier hourly pay structure (MA I–III) with comprehensive benefits. Strong medical terminology knowledge and solid computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Possesses and displays knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must possess excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for appointments per diagnosis and practice protocols.
• Escort patients to rooms and record history and chief complaint.
• Assist clinician with preparation of cosmetic procedures.
• Scribe/Document visits in the EHR.
• Instruct patients on post-procedure care to ensure understanding.
• Support patient education and office efficiency.
