phynetdermatology seeks a Medical Assistant to support dermatology physicians in Concord, NH. You will room patients, update medical histories, and document visit details, coordinating with physicians on biopsies, surgeries, and cosmetic treatments.

The role involves assisting with procedures, administering local anesthesia, maintaining sterile technique, and handling scribing duties. Travel to affiliated sites is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years medical assistant experience, preferably in dermatology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate patient records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Travel is required.

Mansioni

• Room patients and update histories and medications.
• Document HPI, medical, surgical, and family histories and allergies.
• Prepare and assist with dermatology procedures (biopsies, excisions, injections).
• Administer local anesthesia and remove sutures as directed.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control.
• Assist with scribing and inputting chart notes.
• Process prescriptions and prior authorizations.
• Log pathology samples and coordinate with labs.
• Operate dermatology equipment (UVB, PDT) as directed.
• Stock and clean exam rooms and manage supplies.
