Job summary

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a team that delivers high-quality patient care in dermatology and aesthetic services. You will support clinicians with patient evaluations, medical history updates, and education on treatments while maintaining accurate records and ensuring daily screening at entry.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, computer skills, and the ability to learn medical terminology and vital signs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients.
• Assessing & updating medical history of patients.
• Keeping a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms.
• Analyzing info regarding the conditions of skin health.
• Informing patients about proper and available treatments.
• Conducting non-intrusive medical procedures.
• Educating patients about preventive skin care.
• Screening patients and employees daily upon entry.
