Job summary

Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Center in Alliance, OH is seeking an experienced full‑time Medical Assistant / LPN to join our dermatology and medical aesthetics group. The role focuses on patient intake, vitals, exam room prep, and assisting physicians with procedures.

The ideal candidate has LPN licensure and is comfortable with standard dermatology workflows and EMA EMR usage. On-site work in Alliance, OH is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license.
• Dermatology medical office experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with EMA EMR preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms for patients and stock supplies.
• Escort patients, take vitals, interview and document.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as sutures and minor surgeries.
• Prepare specimens for outside lab and relay results.
• Schedule on-site/off-site tests and coordinate referrals.
• Communicate results to physicians and patient care team.
