Epiphany Dermatology in Riverside, MO is seeking a Lead Nurse to organize and oversee our clinical support staff while delivering patient care under provider orders. This role is central to maintaining smooth clinic operations and high-quality dermatology services.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license (RN, LPN, or LVN) in the applicable state.
• Experience as Charge Nurse or in a leadership role preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per provider orders, guidelines, and Nurse Practice Act regulations.
• Supervise clinical competencies of Medical Assistants and delegate tasks.
• Document patient information and clinical data while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
• Maintain excellent patient/family relationships and engagement.
• Follow policies and protocols for clinical dermatology services.
• Prepare and document medications and vaccines per orders.
• Assist with in-office procedures and schedule follow-up testing.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
• Participate in meetings and provide improvements and solutions.
• Act as HR liaison for recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing according to labor guidelines.
• Provide daily guidance to clinical staff.
