Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville seeks a Lead Certified Medical Assistant for our Dermatology team. This full-time role supports physicians during exams and minor procedures, greets patients, and helps with registrations and charting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or higher health sciences coursework.
• Active Medical Assistant certification (AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA) required or to be obtained after hire.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Previous MA/CMA/CNA/EMT or 2+ years in medical office assisting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration and scheduling.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor surgeries, dressings and first aid.
• Assist with immunizations or injections where applicable.
• Process prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, and provider orders.
• Conduct onsite labs (EKG, PFTs, glucose, urine pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and document charting.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with CARE values.
• Travel to Lombard clinic for coverage when needed.
