Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for our Dermatology service line at the Naperville - City Gate clinic. You will greet patients, assist with scheduling and vitals, and support physicians during exams and minor procedures.

You may perform immunizations, manage prescription requests, and conduct onsite lab tests. Travel to Lombard for coverage may be required; strong patient service and CARE values are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification(s) as listed.
• CPR certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification may be completed within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of MA program or related health sciences coursework required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs and health history.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor procedures, dressing changes and first aid.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Process prescription requests, handle pharmacy callbacks, provider orders and chart updates.
• Perform onsite lab tests including EKG, pulmonary function, glucose and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming examination rooms for patient visits.
• Provide excellent patient service aligned with CARE values.
• Some travel to cover other local clinics may be required.
