Job summary

Cooper Aerobics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Dermatology Laser Technician & Medical Assistant for a dual role between cosmetic laser workflows and clinical skin exams, biopsies, and surgeries.

Candidates may need to complete a Dermatology Technician course within 30 days if not a Medical Assistant. On-site, Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits and access to Cooper Fitness Membership.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Texas Laser Technician license in good standing.
• Clinical Training: Medical Assistant preferred or must take Dermatology Technician course within 30 days of hire.
• Experience: 1–2 years operating aesthetic lasers or RF devices preferred.
• Experience with EMA software is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on cosmetic and general dermatology diagnoses, treatments, and skincare.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external clients.
• Comply with HIPAA while performing duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude and Cooper values.
• Must be on-site to perform duties.
