QualDerm Partners LLC is seeking a Lab Assistant to provide administrative and laboratory support. You will handle intake, data entry into Nextech EMR, slide preparation, and charting for physician review, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with safety regulations.

The role requires 1-2 years in a lab or medical office setting, an Associate degree, and familiarity with medical terminology. A collaborative team environment and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in lab or medical office setting required.
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Associates Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process specimens and input data into EMR Nextech.
• Log slides and prepare them for physicians.
• Review pathology reports and pull charts for review.
• Maintain lab records and storage of slides and blocks.
• Adhere to safety regulations and QA/QC processes.
• Assist with ordering lab supplies and updating policies.
