Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist, dermatology a plus.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Certification as Medical Receptionist preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism.
• Verify insurance coverage and scheduling, and collect payments.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient accounts.
• Maintain EMR data entry and confidentiality.
• Support front-office operations and patient communications.
