Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse for outpatient dermatology clinics. This full-time, day shift role features a 10-hour shift (6:30a - 5p) with 80 hours per two weeks, and float to different Dermatology clinics across the metro.

Eligible for float pay and mileage reimbursement outside primary location. As a nurse leader and care integrator, you will assess data, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinate with families, and uphold evidence-based

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an accredited nursing degree and active RN license.
• 0–2 years RN experience.
• BLS certification required; licensure per state rules (MN/WI) may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data to determine nursing diagnoses and care needs.
• Develop and implement an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinate care with patient, family, and healthcare team.
• Document diagnoses, outcomes, and revisions to the care plan.
• Provide leadership to maintain high quality nursing practice.
