Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the San Diego, California territory. The role focuses on high-quality scientific exchange with healthcare decision-makers, building relationships with KOLs and investigators, and providing medical information across dermatology initiatives.

The MSL will engage with Medical Affairs and R&D teams, participate in advisory boards, and support scientific exchange and education while maintaining compliance and up-to-date scientific

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dermatology or Immunology and clinical research
• Experience in Field Medical, Medical Affairs, or Clinical R&D beneficial

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific resource for Medical Affairs.
• Plan and build relationships with academic and community KOLs and investigators.
• Develop territory knowledge of healthcare systems and disease management.
• Provide medical information and respond to unsolicited inquiries.
• Attend national/local congresses to gather insights and network with stakeholders.
• Deliver cross-functional training on scientific topics as requested.
