Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5+ years of field-based experience in account management, sales or medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and the practice management environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account-based strategies to drive patient access outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in account management, relationship development, and issue resolution.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and flexibility to meet evolving customer and organizational needs.

Aufgaben

• Optimize Patient Access by serving as an educational resource for providers to navigate reimbursement and patient access challenges.
• Deliver field-based education on reimbursement processes to health care providers, including provider groups, hospitals, academic institutions, specialty pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations to identify and resolve reimbursement and patient access issues.
• Educate and support internal teams to address complex reimbursement and patient access scenarios effectively.
• Stay informed on healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and regulatory requirements to proactively address patient access challenges.
