Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a District Business Manager in Dermatology to lead and develop a team of Dermatology Sales Representatives. You will hire, coach, and retain top talent while aligning district activities with regional goals.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biopharma with at least 3 years in sales leadership, plus dermatology market experience. You will travel extensively to meet physicians and partner with internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred in science/clinical fields.
7+ years in pharma/biopharma with 3+ years in sales leadership.
Dermatology market experience strongly preferred.
Proven record of hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent.
Strong payer/reimbursement knowledge across government programs and managed care.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and measure outcomes of strategic business plans to meet sales objectives.
Meet or exceed sales goals for designated products/portfolio through direct management of sales reps; provide regular performance updates.
Lead district sales meetings and conduct routine performance evaluations.
Recruit, select, and train top-performing sales reps; support coaching and metric reviews.
Develop relationships with key HCPs and coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance.
