Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Disease Area Lead within Commercial Learning & Development to serve as the scientific and clinical expert. You will develop and deliver disease state education for oncology and related therapeutic areas, creating curricula that cover disease biology, treatment landscapes, and patient journeys.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure accurate, compliant content, deliver trainings across modalities, and support field

Qualifications

• Experience in medical education, sales training, or clinical roles.
• Proficiency in designing curricula for disease education and clinical content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory, medical/legal, and promotional review processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and update curricula on disease biology and treatment landscapes.
• Deliver training through diverse formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory and Sales to ensure compliant content.
• Support field readiness and measure training impact.
• Ensure all materials pass MLR review.
