Qualifications

• Strong Medical Assisting skills, including rooming patients, supporting procedures, and performing basic clinical tasks.
• Proficiency with Medical Terminology relevant to dermatology and aesthetic care.
• Experience in a Medical Office setting, including scheduling, triage, and coordination of patient flow.
• Demonstrated Patient Care skills, with a focus on compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive interactions.
• Ability to manage and update Medical Records accurately within electronic health record systems.
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) credential and BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or outpatient specialty care is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with reliability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing exam rooms.
