• Coordinates a multi-faceted cosmetic and clinical office.
• Assists patients, referring physicians, and third-party carriers to resolve patient related issues.
• Mentors, trains, and works with Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations.
• Organizes staff meetings with Clinic Manager.
• Implements improvements to clinical operations in collaboration with Clinic Manager, Medical Director, and/or Assistant Administrator/Administrator.
• Researches and prepares specialized reports and budgets.
• Schedules patients.
