Job summary

Frontier Dermatology invites skilled professionals to join our Back Office Lead role at our Seattle Northgate location. You will lead day-to-day clinical support, coach Medical Assistants, and coordinate staffing to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Reporting to the District Supervisor, the Back Office Lead works Monday–Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm, with wage range $25.00–$31.00 per hour and additional differential. This role emphasizes operational readiness and safety across clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and MA Certification/Registration.
• One to two years related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical support services across assigned locations.
• Coach and train Medical Assistants.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure consistent workflows and patient experience.
• Monitor compliance, safety, and operational readiness.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
