Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Massachusetts as an MD; board certified.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS may be needed depending on specialty.
• Additional degrees in business or operational leadership are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead dermatology care programs and improve care quality for Optum Massachusetts.
• Identify cost-effective best practices and implement regional strategies.
• collaborate with Chiefs across primary care, specialty, and ancillary departments.
• Drive Lean/MDI initiatives and standard work within the department.
• Represent the department in specialty and site meetings and engage stakeholders.
