Job summary

Skin and Aesthetics Center is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures across our practice locations. You will greet patients, take vitals, review histories, and document in the EHR, ensuring a smooth, high-end patient experience.

You will assist with procedures such as skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, suture removal, and aesthetic services like chemical peels and lasers. Travel between Cape May, Somers Point, and Northfield is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program is required.
• CMA or equivalent credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures.
• Take vital signs, review medical histories, and update charts in the EHR.
• Assist providers with dermatology procedures such as skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, and injectables.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following safety protocols.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment and support front desk operations.
• Travel between practice locations to provide coverage and deliver concierge patient service.
