Qualifications

• United States Citizenship required
• MD degree from an school approved for VA training
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the United States
• Dermatology residency approved by VA or equivalent
• Board certification/eligibility in Dermatology preferred for faculty status

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient dermatology settings
• perform history, physicals, and formulate treatment plans
• order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• participate in teaching residents, fellows and medical students as appropriate
• ensure documentation meets Joint Commission and VA standards
