Job summary

Integrated Dermatology in the Seattle area is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to join an established, growing practice. This full-time opportunity offers a genuine path to partnership and ownership, with a growth-minded physician able to build a lasting practice.

You'll enjoy top-of-market compensation, a guaranteed base salary plus production, and a schedule of 4+ days per week with no weekends or inpatient requirements.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist (MD or DO).
• Active Washington medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Growth-minded physician seeking a long-term opportunity.
• Strong interest in practice ownership and partnership.
• Comfortable providing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of general dermatologic conditions and skin cancers.
• Perform biopsies, excisions, skin cancer screenings, and other common dermatologic procedures.
• Build and grow a strong patient panel within an established practice.
• Work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
• Develop into a leadership and ownership role with a genuine path to partnership.
