Clear Choice Dermatology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing practice. Our practice is led under the direction of full-time operating partner Collin Blattner, DO, FAAD.

Since our founding in 2019, Clear Choice Dermatology has grown organically to twelve thriving locations across the Pacific Northwest a region known for its breathtaking landscapes, abundant outdoor recreation, and vibrant, welcoming communities. Position Overview:

• Full-time (4 5 days per week)
• Opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations
• General/medical dermatology with optional cosmetic services
• Take over an established patient base
• Work alongside experienced dermatology support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $450,000 base salary in Year 1
• Competitive compensation structure: guaranteed base + percentage of collections
• Comprehensive benefits package
