Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Medical Science Liaison - Dermatology to be based in the Georgia territory, which includes but is not limited to Atlanta, Augusta, Athens, Macon, Gainesville, and Savannah, GA. A candidate for consideration has been pre - identified.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Post graduate experience is required for Doctoral level candidates, with preference for therapeutic area clinical experience.
• Scientific Acumen: In-depth scientific and/or therapeutic knowledge.
• Research and/or health care system knowledge.
• Proficiency in data gathering and analysis, clinical expertise, problem solving, interpersonal influence, and cross functional collaboration strategic thinking and competitive landscape analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory that aligns with Medical Affairs strategy, prioritized medical objectives, and approved core medical assets.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with community and academic opinion leaders/KOLs in the territory to advance our scientific credibility.
• Engage in high quality, two-way scientific exchange that encourages dialogue, shared understanding, and learning over time in the relevant disease area.
• Utilize insights and MSL tools to develop a strategic approach for customer engagements within territory by collecting, synthesizing, and applying clinical, scientific, competitive, and territory level information.
• Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance decision making, streamline processes, and improve efficiency and outcomes across core responsibilities.
• Deliver relevant scientific data tailored to HCP needs through clear and effective dialogue and presentations that translate complex clinical evidence into meaningful scientific discussion.
• Identify, collect and submit high-quality actionable insights in a timely manner aligned with current strategic priorities of the organization.
