Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Medical Science Liaison – Dermatology to be based in the Georgia territory, covering major cities within GA. A pre-identified candidate may be considered, but all applications will be reviewed.

The MSL will engage healthcare professionals, deliver scientific data, and support investigator-initiated studies while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent is required (PharmD, PhD, MD, Advanced Practice Providers).
• Post graduate experience is preferred for Doctoral level candidates.
• Scientific acumen and data gathering/analysis are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory that aligns with Medical Affairs strategy and objectives.
• Cultivate professional relationships with KOLs in the territory to advance scientific credibility.
• Engage in high quality, two-way scientific exchange and synthesize insights for strategic planning.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision making, streamline processes, and improve outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and integrate evidence-based context into scientific discussions.
• Deliver relevant scientific data tailored to HCP needs through clear dialogue and presentations.
• Identify challenges or unmet needs and propose evidence-based educational initiatives.
• Submit high-quality actionable insights to inform medical strategy and cross-functional discussions.
