Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO seeks a Charge RN for our Dermatology Clinic. This onsite, full-time role supports nursing leadership, staffing, and direct patient care during day shifts.

You will supervise licensed and support staff, coordinate admissions and transfers, ensure equipment and supplies, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced physician practice. Pay ranges from $38.91 to $60.31 per hour, with a comprehensive rewards program and opportunities

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with state board.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing within 3 years of assuming Charge RN role.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS through AHA or Red Cross; CPR valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and supports problem-solving.
• Manages admissions/discharges and coordinates transfers as needed.
• Ensures staff has equipment and supplies for safe, quality care.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and decisive judgement in a fast-paced environment.
